Terms of Service

1. Publisher

All apps and websites published under the name “Verge Heights” on Google Play, Microsoft Store, the Apple App Store and the web are published by:

2. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using an app, you accept these terms. An app may add specific terms on its store page; those apply together with these.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for lawful personal purposes and within the rules of the store you used. You agree not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid apps, in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by the store you used (Google Play, Microsoft Store or Apple App Store), at the price shown there, taxes included. Billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds follow that store’s terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your store account.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

You have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or a digital service.

  • For digital content delivered immediately, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery starts (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).
  • For a subscription you ask to start immediately, withdrawing within 14 days gives you a refund minus the share of the period already used.

Refund requests go through the store you used, or to contact@aplusz.app.

6. Legal guarantee

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and from any equivalent mandatory protection in your country.

7. Availability and updates

Apps are updated to improve them, and features may evolve. We aim for continuous availability; short interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

8. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault, under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, nor your rights as a consumer.

9. Personal data

Each app’s privacy policy, linked on its store page, explains what data is processed and why. Questions: contact@aplusz.app.

10. Intellectual property

The apps, their code, texts and designs, and the “Verge Heights” name belong to the publisher or its licensors.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes are announced in the app or on its store page.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence and may bring a claim before its courts. Please contact us first at contact@aplusz.app so we can find an amicable solution together.
